Using the service

Worth The Make is operated by Budder Technology LLC and provides educational calculation tools for product pricing. You are responsible for checking your inputs, current sales channel fees, taxes, market conditions, and final business decisions. The service does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice.

Accounts

You must provide accurate account information, protect your password, and promptly notify us if you believe the account has been compromised. You may not use the service to break the law, interfere with the site, probe its security, or access another person's information.

Free and paid features

The calculator may be used without an account. A free account may save up to three products and five materials and includes the available histories, comparisons, margin checks, settings, and downloads. Pro provides unlimited saved products and materials and removes affiliate recommendations from the calculator. Current prices and billing intervals are displayed before checkout.

Subscriptions

Pro subscriptions renew automatically at the selected monthly or annual interval until canceled. You authorize the payment processor to charge the payment method on file. You can manage or cancel through the billing portal linked from your account. Cancellation stops future renewal and Pro access normally continues through the paid period. Saved work remains after Pro ends, but free limits apply to new products and materials.

Affiliate links

The calculator may show clearly identified Amazon affiliate links to free visitors and free members. Worth The Make may earn a commission from qualifying purchases. Product recommendations are informational and are not guarantees of quality, suitability, price, or availability.

Your content

You keep ownership of the product and cost information you enter. You give us permission to store and process saved information only as needed to operate and secure the service.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available but cannot promise uninterrupted access. Features may be corrected, improved, limited, or discontinued. Material changes to paid service terms will be communicated as required by law.

Disclaimer

Calculations depend on the values you enter and cannot guarantee that a product will sell, achieve a certain profit, or meet tax or regulatory requirements. The service is provided as available to the fullest extent allowed by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Worth The Make and Budder Technology LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses related to use of the service. Total liability for a paid claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the service during the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law principles.
